Cape Cod Maritime Museum- Hyannis
So, this museum has strange hours and not the best website. We ended up here in search of an exhibit that they don’t have anymore. When we got there, small renovations were being done. Staff informed us they were technically not open, but would allow us to walk through. (We weren’t the only ones thankfully!) It’s a small space, and Jacen was bored pretty quick. The museum is absolutely beautiful, but it seemed more appropriate for adults than children. It was a quick stop for us, but I don’t think we will be back soon.

Local Author Mary Shields presents her new book series Barnicle and Husk 4/27
Yesterday we had a great time Hanging out with local author Mary Shields at the Plymouth Hall museum. We celebrated the release of her new book, Barnicle and Husk: the Adventure Begins. She is hosting a wonderful event on 4/28, and her book comes greatly recommended by my 7 year old (who read it cover to cover in one night out of excitement!) Hope to see you there!
