Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper (easiest clean up!) and arrange pepperoni
    slices in a single layer.

  4. Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  5. Cool and enjoy!
